Project Brief
The homeowner wanted to refresh their poolside decking to better handle extreme desert sun and heat while remaining safe and comfortable underfoot. The project required a durable, slip-resistant finish that would eliminate surface wear and complement the home’s exterior architecture and natural landscape.
Our Solution
We applied a high-performance cool deck coating system with a custom two-tone color scheme—a light gray main deck paired with warm tan accents along the pool’s organic coping lines. The specialized, UV- and chemical-resistant coating significantly reduces heat retention and prevents sun degradation, giving the patio a fresh, modern feel built to withstand the elements year-round.
